Davis Campbell

I decided to put up Davis Campbell's interview up next because I was so excited tonight when I got the answers back from him tonight. Davis is abroad right now, so I'm psyched that he took the time to answer these silly questions from Spain. So far his answer to the question: "What will end the world?" is one of my favorites that I've seen so far.

I met Davis a couple of years ago in Arizona when he came out to stay with us while he looked for his own winter escape apartment. I met him through a mutual friend, who happened to not be around when Davis and I first met. I showed up at my apartment to this dude just sorta hanging out by himself on the couch, which wasn't that weird considering the fact that my apartment in Arizona was more of a hostel than anything else. I had no idea when I saw this random quiet dude sitting in my apartment alone that we'd become good friends. Davis is an interesting dude, but in an interesting way. He's one of those people who is sorta quiet, but still you can get him talking. He's not quiet so that he can later claim that he's 'anti social' or the 'wierd, shy guy.' He'd just rather say things that are worth saying. For some reason his quietness gives off the impression that there is a lot to him in a mysterious way, but he's actually pretty straight forward and not too complex. He's reasonable, level headed, and just sorta knows what he likes and what he doesn't like. And because of that, I like him and I don't like anyone who doesn't like him(which is nobody that I know of!)
